These terms cover your use of this website and the free discovery call. The retainer itself is covered by our Advisory Retainer Terms & Conditions, which you'll see before you pay anything.

PitchCraft is a brand of Startup Labs Global Innovation Ltd, an English company operating through its registered branch in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) ("PitchCraft", "we"). The discovery call
By booking a discovery call, you accept our Advisory Retainer Terms & Conditions. The call is free and carries no obligation: fees and the minimum engagement apply only if you go ahead with the retainer and complete the initial payment. What we tell you on it is our honest professional opinion, given in good faith. It is not financial, legal or investment advice, and you remain responsible for decisions about your company and your raise.
The advisory retainer
If you join the retainer, our Advisory Retainer Terms & Conditions apply to that engagement. They cover the fee of £250 per month, payable quarterly in advance at £750, the six-month minimum engagement, your monthly advisory allocation, and mutual confidentiality. All fees exclude VAT, where applicable. If those terms and these website terms differ, the retainer terms apply to the retainer.
No funding guarantee
We help founders become ready to raise. We do not guarantee that you will raise money, on any terms or by any date.
Your deck and your ideas
Everything you send us stays yours. Sending us your deck gives us permission to read and review it for the purposes described in our privacy policy, and nothing more. We keep it confidential, and we won't share it, publish it, or use it as an example without your written permission.
Please only send material you're entitled to share. If your deck includes other people's personal data or confidential information, you're responsible for being allowed to share it with us.
Using this site
The content on this site belongs to PitchCraft. You're welcome to read and share it, but not to copy it for commercial use. Don't misuse the site or the upload form, for example by submitting malicious files or someone else's material without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or the free discovery call. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
